Terms of service

What Hibbi is

Hibbi is a private organiser for one household — calendar, lists, tasks, bills, meals, notes and contacts, shared by the people you add to it.

It is not a public service and not a social network. Nothing you put in it is shared outside your household.

Your content is yours

Everything you add belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it and make no use of it.

You are responsible for what your household puts in, and for keeping it accurate.

Details about other people

Contacts holds other people's names, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses and birthdays. Those people are not Hibbi users and have not agreed to anything.

Keep only what you have a reason to keep, and remove it when you no longer do. Depending on where you live, the law may have something to say about this even for a household address book.

Children

A household can include children. Whoever sets it up decides what is recorded about them and is responsible for that decision.

What it does not promise

Hibbi is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind.

Reminders depend on your device and may not arrive. Sync depends on a connection and can fail. Data can be lost.

Do not rely on it where a missed reminder actually matters — medication, medical appointments, legal deadlines, or anything with a safety consequence. Keep your own record of those.

Liability

We are not liable for missed events, reminders that do not arrive, data that fails to sync, or data lost for any reason.

Stopping

Stop using Hibbi whenever you like. Ask and your data will be deleted.

Changes

These terms will change as the app does. The date above says when they last did.
